Heritage 2012

A conference with title "heritage 2012" is going to be realized from 19 until 22 June 2012, in Porto, Portugal. The third conference about the cultural heritage and sustainable development has the aim of establishing the event with subjects that concern the cultural heritage today, with the frame of a sustainable development.

In the conference, subjects like environment, economy, and in general all these elements which contribute to the social environment, are related to the preservation of cultural heritage and its protection. With the occasion of the growing trend of architecture for the preservation of traditional buildings, the conference is called through a three day event to negotiate with subject like the relation of cultural heritage with environment, society, education and the future attitude of human and especially the contemporary architect. A special chapter in the schedule is the reservation of historical buildings, in which extended references will be held as far as the techniques and methods are concerned. A second chapter, which was added recently, is a tribute to new researchers, who will be able to publish and reveal the results of their research, whereas the will present their diploma projects in post-graduate and mater level.
