Lecture of Marc Collomb
The lecture is taking place within the framework of the events 2010-2011, CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE IN THE EUROPE OF ALPS. (Wednesday 8th June 2011)
The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture the Board of Trustees of the Benaki Museum and the Embassy of Switzerland have the pleasure to invite you to the lecture of Marc Collomb of the office Atelier CUBE.
The lecture is taking place within the framework of the events 2010-2011, CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE IN THE EUROPE OF ALPS. In collaboration with the Goethe Institut and the Embassies of Austria and Switzerland.
Marc-Henri Collomb (architect, Lausanne 1953) studied at Lausanne and New York (Cooper Union) and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Lausanne. Visiting professor at the EPFL and Pennsylvania University. In 1982 he was co-founder of the Atelier Cube, to which the Institut für Geschichte und Theorie der Architektur (gta) of the Federal Polytechnic of Zurich devoted an exhibition in 1997. Many works are issued from competition, whose latest to date is the complex for a new Parliament for the Lausanne district in a historical site. At the same time as his professional activity Marc-Henri Collomb teaches the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio from 1999.
