  This project aimed towards the creation of a small, though outstanding and unique residential building complex in the already densely built area of Varkiza.     

• Four houses by Mob architects

  The four houses complex is located in Porto Rafti, an area by the sea in a distance of approximately 40 km from Athens.     

• Three residences at Athens

  15 April, 2008

  The three residences are organized in a single shell of four levels with common underground parking spaces and mechanical services achieving an efficient solution for the building budget. Each residence has private entry from the street to conserve the personal character of the single house (possibility of personal address for the tenant).
