Stavros Peppas works as an Architect after his studies in the Department of Architecture in the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). His main occupation is designing private projects and especially hotels. At the second decade of his career, he has designed some of the most luxury and major hotels in Greece like  Amirandes, Corfu Imperial, Sea Side, Baby Grand, GRECOTEL Olympia Riviera, Plaza spa apartments, Mandola Rosa, Cape Sounio, Egnatia Grand etc. His work begins from initial planning until the supervision of every last detail during the completion of the project.
