Instability refers as the operative event of creativity and one of the basic components of "creative environment", which is why the unstable environment of the inactive quarry is considered the most appropriate place for the installation of such environment. The thesis aims to build a creative interdisciplinary community in this kind of place and to revive the old quarry of Chasabalis in Larissa.

Creativity is about different specializations of individuals involved in interactive areas. So, we talk about interdisciplinary. Bringing together all the information the idea of ​​a creative interdisciplinary community for innovation is evolving. There are three types of interdisciplinary with differences in how to approach the parameters of the goal, the knowledge, the cooperation and the interaction between them. In transdisciplinary teams, there is communication and common goal, while the parameters are equal. In multidisciplinary teams, people from different disciplines and different goals are working under a common project and interdisciplinary teams the goal is common indeed, but the emphasis is on knowledge gained will be broadcast among the group.

The hill of Chasampalis located northeast of the city of Larissa at just 12 km distance from the city center. It is located on the southern tip of Kissavos. It borders with the villages Kalochori, Omorfochori and administratively belongs to the community Omorfochori. Approached through the provincial road Larissa-Sikourio and the road axis PATHE Patras-Athens Thessaloniki-Evzoni (road axis). That makes Chasampali easy whereabouts from both other regions of Larissa and Athens and Thessaloniki. The region has a strong industrial character because of the Industrial Area of ​​Larissa.

The title "Creative topos_ creating sites" refers to two interrelated concepts. Two identical yet so different types of space in the mental activity. The second type depends on the first, while the composition of the creating sites build the topos that gives inspiration for ideas, and atmospheric experience.

The different categories of the interdisciplinary are part of the thinking and the configuration of individual sites and so the creative community Chasabalis developed in two cores of creation and buildings, which is for the city of Larissa a step towards innovation. The industrial zone is transformed into an innovation zone and the factory in a creative environment.

The atmosphere, the scenography and the spatial relationships are the elements that give vitality to both the landscape and the creative activity that take part in the space, not only in the building but also in the external route.

The green masses formed by three arches, showing the connection of the environment and the experience of working in the community. The water elements are concentrated in two points in the key nodes where the activity is switching uses and it is following the route parallel to it.

The central path with its branches represent the production line of a factory and the varied and multidimensional stages of creation. It works like prism where activities, experiences and ideas change directions by the dispersion and finally diffused in the designated space.

The movement, the activities and even ideas can create space. This chaos of the mind comes to define the characteristics of the site showing a dispersion on the slope and the light. Verification is accomplished by entering humans, the integration of the composition and the result of imaging verifies the initial thought and activity of a creative community is invited to set up. The architecture and the spatial experience shown by the indoor renders.

The proposal is based on the theoretical concept of creative work, it is a conceptual approach and the main factor is architectural and experiential. Generally, the project aims to coexisting the quarry and the industrial zone of Larissa to be upgraded and turned into innovation zone. This is how the creative class will be developed and will be able to help the general development of the city of Larissa and Greece.
