The team is supported by engineers originating from multidisciplinary backgrounds for the realization of private and public projects.
The professional portfolio includes a large number of designed and constructed private houses and residential complexes in Athens, Santorini, Chios and Mani, office and retail spaces, conference centers and hotels among which "9 Muses" and "Aressana" in Santorini. Additionally numerous Urban planning projects were made for the public sector in Chios concerning traditional and new settlements.
The office blends the maturity, professionalism and deep construction knowledge of the 30 year experience with the dynamic character, enthusiasm, freshness of ideas and innovative design the new architectural era demands.
Our goal is the creation of spaces that combine high functional efficiency with innovative aesthetics. Location, climate, the different each time building schedule, the special needs of the future users and occupants and the selection of appropriate materials result in a unique combination each time that creates a shelter having its own identity, personality and character, an interactive organic building. Key aspects on the never-ending procedure of improving and evolving our architectural product are the continuous enrichment of the architectural vocabulary and striving towards a creation, fitting to the needs of the client.
Grave consideration is taken upon the hypothesis that each building should interact, respect and coexist organically with the surrounding environment. A live organism easily controllable by the user, having the lowest possible energy consumption and emissions to the atmosphere.
Even from the first stages of the design process, the major principles of sustainable architecture are affecting the decision making procedure. Using daylight and thermal simulation, the project evolves and improves having as utmost target the provision of the best possible shelter. Practical application and integration of renewable energy systems in collaboration with accredited companies in Greece, being used in any kind of building type, ensures the good practice energy rating of the building.
Green is Beautiful. Sustainable architecture has to respect all the functional and ergonomic virtues but also give priority to the aesthetics.
